A leading Tier 1 Company in Oman is looking for an experienced Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the stakeholders to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.Candidates with previous experience in Oman and particularly in the hospitality industry are preferred.Responsibilities1.Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.2.Advise on investment opportunities and provide strategies that the company should take3.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company?s actual performance compared to the business plans.4.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.5.Oversee operations of the finance/accounting department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.6.Manage the preparation of the company?s budget.7.Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.8.
