Description :Grade Level: L2Location: MultanLast date to apply: 27th June 2022What is a Training Expert?The role reports directly to the Manager Training & Development and is part of a Training team of 7 people.The core responsibility of Training Expert is to extract Training needs assessment, plan and develop training for all the touchpoints, conduct targeted training, calculate the performance difference, collect feedback from the audience while focusing on E-learning development according to the digital vision of JazzWhat Does Training Expert do?

  • Development of training content to enhance e-learning
  • Videos tutorials, PPTs, and other e-learning related content development
  • Design and conduct technical & soft skill presentations/pieces of training for the CC Touch Points & others
  • Management of training functions to ensure that it meets its objectives and delivers a return on investment
  • Identifying training needs analysis across the level by mapping the skills required for different roles and analyzing the existing levels of competencies
  • Knowledge of Different training techniques for audience management
  • Assist/Suggest new SOPs, scrutinize old ones for improvement
  • New hire training, Coach & mentor CCRs and help them perform better customer experience
  • Taking Initiative & introduce new projects which should add value to Training Operations
  • Enhance Customer Excellence and Bottom-up NPS by ensuring timely loop closure
Requirements
  • Preferably Masters with at least 4 years experience as a trainer is a reputable organization
  • Should be well versant with Social Media and able to design training for online staff to improvise the digital image of the company
  • Soft skills and technical skills required
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills
  • Should display the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Should be proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Should have the capability of analytical and out of the box thinking
  • Should be creative
