Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic waiters who pride themselves on their ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service.Key Attributes:

  • Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment.
Create stellar guest experiences and flexible availability to work on nights and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Dynamic, focused, proactive and result oriented.
  • 2 + year experience as waiter or in similar operation.
  • Quality and Customer service focused.
EXPERIENCE:? One to two years? experience on similar role in upscale hotel/ catering business with excellent oral and written communication skills.As Waiter:
  • Review and understand event plan and order.
  • Complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practice.
  • Ensure proper use, storage of all catering equipment.
? Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.? Have a good understanding and able to communicate products and service-related query to guests when asked.
  • Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
  • ensuring that each event is on time as per the banquet event.
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
