The main objective is to make sure goods are produced safely, cost-effectively, and on time. All of these must meet the required quality, environment, health, and safety i.e., ISO standards.Roles and Responsibilities: ?????? ? ?????????:? Develop a production plan scheduled on a monthly and yearly basis.? Tendency to improve the functionality of the complete production plant according to ISO standardizations.? Develop a cooperation protocol between various departments such as production, maintenance, and sales to implement the company?s policies and goals.? Maintain required documents such as process, procedure, and policies (but not limited to) for the current situation and for future plans.? Consistent in quality control for the goods manufactured but also the process and procedures.? Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operation for related tasks.? To manage and perform any additional assignment or responsibility given by the higher management.? Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.? Evaluate and review performance for the employees reporting directly to the production manager.? Identify training needs for the employees.? Testing and maintaining workflow i.e., process and procedures to ensure that they operate reliably.? Prepare and deliver training to the production supervisor.? Maintain ISO Standardization as per the requirements.? Ensure all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements are applied and taken care all the time.
