Key Responsibilities:?????????Develop, plan, organize, and carry out pavement evaluations and investigations, and geotechnical investigations for municipal roadway/infrastructure projects;?????????Provide technical supervision of field inspection and testing staff at construction sites and in the office;?????????Experience preparing, reviewing/approving pavement design and pavement evaluation reports and practical knowledge of pavement management, engineering and condition assessments including analysis of FWD, smoothness and friction data;?????????Perform senior review of detailed engineering analysis, design and reporting for assigned projects;?????????Participate in internal and external project meetings; prepare proposals, make presentations and participate in business development initiatives?
