Job Description

The Operations Officer he will be responsible for managing all daily operations activities. The OPS Officer will work with clients, suppliers, service providers and government bodies to implement all tasks and manage all business activities according to the company policy.The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Operations Officer will work closely with various departments to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:FLIGHT OPERATIONS OFFICER

  • Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
  • Analyze operations requirements and customer needs.
  • Handle flight delays, cancellations, and diversions.
  • Research methods to improve operations.
  • Monitor and report on department performance.
  • Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to destination (flight following).
  • Ensures all ground handling, fuel, landing/departure slots and landing/overfly permits are in order.
  • Supervise and train employees.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Submit end of day operations report to manager.
  • Ensure all flight details are properly updated in CAMP.
  • Send weekly/monthly flight reports to the manager.
  • Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong English language typing, reading, writing, and speaking
  4. Typing speed on computer minimum 30 WPM ( word per minute )
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
