Job Description

A successful digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads and customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. They should also have experience in managing marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. In addition, the digital marketing manager will collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  2. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, including allocating funds for paid advertising campaigns
  3. Track and analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  5. Manage and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  6. Research and implement new digital marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of industry trends
  7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns
  2. Demonstrable experience in managing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns
  3. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  7. Knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  8. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
