Job Description

Experience Required:3 to 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Proven experience in structural works, including fabrication, installation, and repair.Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints.Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures in industrial settings.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of workers for structural tasks on-site.Ensure that all structural work is completed according to specifications and safety guidelines.Assist in the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.Inspect and monitor progress to ensure compliance with project schedules and standards.Coordinate with engineers and other supervisors for seamless workflow.Qualifications:Experience in handling structural projects within the Oil & Gas sector.Strong communication skills in English.Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
