? #HIRING ?Deadline of Submission: 16 MAY 2023?Position Title:Admin Assistant - Executive (Mesaieed, Qatar)? Role Summary:?The Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executives by managing schedules,coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned. ?The Admin Assistant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be highly organized,and possess excellent communication and time management skills.? Essential Responsibilities:?Schedule Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared. C?Correspondence Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, on behalf of the Executives, ensuring that all communications are accurate, professional, and timely.?Travel Coordination: Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics, ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.?Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing, as well as managing phone calls and emails, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.?Special Projects: Assist Executives with special projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation, ensuring that all projects are completed accurately and on time.? Qualifications/Requirements:? Holds diploma or bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.? Desired Characteristics:?ÿ4-5 years of experience in a similar admin role,?ÿExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.?ÿStrong organizational and time management skills.?ÿProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.?ÿAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.?ÿAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.?
