Job Description
Responsibilities:?
To provide?technical?training services to related to?HSSE,?Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.?
Conduct?s?training needs analysis related to HSSE Policy and Procedures. Develops,?implements?and conducts appropriate training programs to support identified needs.?
Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory training matrixes for all employees??
Maintains a documented inventory of?all?training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of training is maintained against all employees??
Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.?
Identifies,?implements?and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support training needs.??
Submit regular reports on the status of the training program. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.?
?Education:?? Post-Graduate education in a technical subject.?? NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.?? Train the Trainer or any other Teaching qualification.?? International recognized Assessor qualification.?? DAC, API, OSHA Instructor accreditation is beneficial??Work experience:?? Minimum?6 ? 8?years? experience in?technical training /?Senior HSE Professional or Sr. HSE Trainer / Instructor.??
