Key Responsibilities:

Set sales targets and KPIs for the retail team.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales associates.
Create and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly store environment.
Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain attractive and organized store displays.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching product layouts.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
