Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled R&D Analyst with expertise in formulation to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As an R&D Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and improving formulations for our products. You will work closely with the R&D team to conduct experiments, analyze data, and make recommendations for product enhancements. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products
  2. Conduct experiments and perform tests to evaluate product performance and stability
  3. Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for product improvements
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new formulations
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in formulation techniques
  6. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  8. Manage and maintain accurate records of experiments and results
  9. Contribute to the development of new methodologies and processes to enhance R&D capabilities
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in formulation development
  3. Strong knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, and their interactions
  4. Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Effective communication and presentation skills
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
