Job Description

A reputable construction company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and experienced Precast Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in precast production management, with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the precast production process, including planning, scheduling, and quality control. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the precast production team, ensuring that all production targets are met
  2. Develop and implement production plans and schedules, taking into account project timelines and resource availability
  3. Monitor and control the quality of precast products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications
  4. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure the efficient and accurate production of precast elements
  5. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and components, ensuring that production can proceed without delays or shortages
  6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance, including production volume, quality, and efficiency
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
  9. Train and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast production management, preferably within the construction industry
  3. Strong knowledge of precast production processes, including casting, curing, and finishing
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills
  5. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to precast production
  8. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and production management systems
  9. Excellent organizational and time management skills
