With ?HOMES? currently located in Mexico, Costa Rica, Morocco, USA, Saudi Arabia and Namibia, Habitas is expanding globally across LATAM, Africa, the Middle East and Asia using its technology-driven approach and innovative vertically integrated model.OverviewThe People & Culture Generalist will work closely with the Assistant head of people & Culture in running the daily people & culture functions by implementing the resort policies & procedures, administrating the HRIS system including the payroll, leave requests, terminations & final settlements while coordinating with the direct report.Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • ˙Assist the˙ people & culture˙ manager in running the daily people & culture function
  • Provide a first class people relation services by handling family members inquires, issues and any other requests
  • prepare and maintain the personnel files of all Habitas AlUla & Caravan by Habitas family members
  • Track and document compliance of Habitas code of conduct, governance policy and other compliance related documents˙
  • Assist the˙ people & culture˙ manager in maintaining the compliance of Saudi labour law (GOSI, WPS, etc?)
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete all their attendants, and any payroll request on timely manner
  • Obtain and maintain all documentations required with all approvals needed for the payroll process
  • ˙˙Calculate and prepare the payroll including the monthly additions and deductions including 3rd party members
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department by reviewing the payroll data and providing them with correct documentions
  • Handle all cash salaries in communications with the finance department
  • Share all pay slips with concerned departments on monthly basis
  • Calculate and prepare the leavers final settlements & indemnity in accordance with the Saudi ministry of human resources˙
  • Review & prepare payments for all family members including Expenses claims˙˙
  • perform other duties as assigned by the direct reports
