Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Correctly determine/Supply customer?s requirements through probing questions and ensuring that the correct parts are supplied based on that information with the help of electronic parts catalog.
  • Initiate upselling and increase customer loyalty.
  • To offer only the approved level of discounts to customers unless otherwise approved by the Branch supervisor.
  • Produce customer quotations and initiate regular follow ups till the inquiry is converted into sales.
  • Follow up customer back orders with ordering team & improve the customer experience.
  • Register lost sales, analyze them and take corrective measures in discussion with the Branch supervisor.
  • Make sure the parts delivered at the counter are as per the invoice generated.
  • Creation of records of data on cash customers in the system.
  • Maintain all the parts delivery records for future auditing.
  • Make use of the various sales reports available in the system for the growth of parts business in your locality.
  • Contribute the parts selling skills to the fullest to achieve the individual target set and the branch target as well.
  • Perform any other job within the Parts Department assigned to him.
