Job Description

Role Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that all Pepsi brands are effectively merchandised and be accountable for on-time implementation of in-store sales and marketing activities as per PepsiCo standards, by effectively managing a team of merchandizers.Accountabilities:

  1. Communicate and cascade daily execution plan (Promotional displays, deliveries, new launches, cooler upsizing and relocation to prime location, store inventories and other store related activities) to merchandizers to ensure achievement of the monthly promotions display plan
  2. Visit all accounts as per the monthly merchandizing schedule in MT / TT with the objective of ensuring 100% merchandizer call completion.
  3. Lead and direct team members in building in-store promotional displays, as per PepsiCo standards, with the objective of maximizing in-store brand presence.
  4. Responsible for all PepsiCo store display units, promotional gift items and free drinks for special events arranged by marketing.
  5. Build and maintain customer relationship by resolving field problems and customer related issues.
  6. Realize better ROI by maintaining and properly utilizing all MenaBev assets/trade equipment and provide visibility to the management by compiling the weekly audit report.
  7. Always ensure full visibility into merchandizing operations by building and submitting monthly promotion tracker and display implementation report on time
  8. Monitor CDA compliance and report deviations to the management and ensure implementation of all short-term promotional contracts
  9. Report for any unusual activities from the competitors such as New lunches or new presence.
