With ?Homes? currently located in Mexico, Costa Rica, Morocco, USA, Saudi Arabia and Namibia, Habitas is expanding globally across LATAM, Africa, the Middle East and Asia using its technology-driven approach and innovative vertically integrated model.The roleThe Hotel Marketing Manager is a core part of a team responsible for driving the marketing performance of two properties; Habitas AlUla & Caravan by Habitas AlUla.. This role is the primary the central point between Brand, PR, Digital and CRM functions within Marketing, as well as between Marketing and collaborating teams such as Sales, Distribution and Operations. Reporting to the regional Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will oversee delivery of brand standards and identity, concepts and campaigns for properties, which enhance brand positioning, reputation, and drive visibility, consumer engagement and revenue.Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the hotel?s property marketing and coordination, supported directly by the corporate brand marketing team
  • Support development and execute AlUla integrated marketing strategy
  • Ongoing market research and insights sharing
  • Oversee all property creative collaterals and assets - creation and implementation
  • Effective planning and hosting media and influencer FAM trips
  • Own property social media channels and community management, supported by corporate marketing
  • Monitor and support updated guest facing communications, including website, email, OTAs and digital touchpoints
  • Support coordination of the marketing budget and invoicing
  • Support content production projects
  • Manage and maintain property database
  • Support monthly reporting to highlight property marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with hotel Programming Manager to support effective activation and promotion of guest experiences and events
  • Execute and support Habitas brand standards implementation with property teams
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Public Relations, Content Production, Social Media, Digital Marketing and Events
  • Local network and market understanding
  • An excellent communicator, fluent in English & and Arabic languages, speaking, reading and writing, able to oversee media and consumer facing copywriting
  • Ability to work with, communicate and coordinate across hotel department teams and corporate brand marketing.
  • Effective time management and project executions skills
  • Creative and able to think outside the box, whilst understanding brand vision and positioning elements of brand marketing.
  • Confident and engaging, able to host people, communicate and represent the brand effectively.
  • Ability to bring marketing strategies and campaigns to life, leading to success and achievement of property marketing objectives - able to work to KPIs and budget assessment.
  • Solutions driven, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Hotel/hospitality sector marketing experience and brand marketing knowledge are strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with paid media, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools is preferred.
  • Marketing qualifications preferred.
