Job Description

Al Rashid Mega Mall wants to Maintain the Highest Standard with Perceiving and achieving the Finest Shopping Mall by the Visitors and Tenants in the City.Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization. Ensure that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.Key Tasks:

  • Maintain all electrical, mechanical equipment within the highest standards. Such as elevators, landscape, carpentry, plumbing etc.
  • Repair all mechanical and electrical equipment with keeping the Quality standards.
  • Minimize the cost of maintenance while remaining the Quality standard.
  • Eliminate all the subcontractors? job and should be performed by maintenance team. Unless the equipment is not fixable by our team.
  • Make sure the civil work is maintained and cleaned all the time such as paint, tiles, floor etc.
  • Always support Mall Manager and operation manager on day to day basis.
  • Make sure all the team is well trained in case of hazards situations.
  • Prevention of all electrical and mechanical equipment plans should be followed.
  • All maintenance of equipment service should be on time by internal team or contracting team.
  • Energy saving plan should be controlled and recorded accordance to the weather and visitors on daily basis for reducing the cost.
  • Prepare the complete report of Operations on monthly basis.
  • Keep all records of electrical equipment by daily, monthly, annually basis as per required.
  • Ensure the tenants switch off the electrical equipment?s when the shops are closed.
  • Should record in log in daily basis and maintain the internal maintenance service such as, food court area, HVAC, landscape, doors, signboards, elevators, escalators, floors, Exit Lights etc.
  • Safety equipment?s should be maintained recorded in log on daily basis such as fire hose, detector, fire alarm, water hose, water pressure, generators, CCTV Cameras, Hydrant hoses etc.
  • Should record in log on daily basis and maintain the External maintenance service such as, Parking area, Parking footpaths, Entry-Exit boards, landscaping sprinkles etc.
  • Regular Supervision of the maintenance of the tenant?s shops.
  • New tenant should be supervised and follow the rules.
  • Supervise the staff hygienic, uniform appearance and body language closely.
  • Fire Exits should be cleared all time.
  • Fire Extinguisher should be refilled after the expiration date.
  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements.
  • Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Day to Day walk over property for individual checkup for smooth running with Managers.
