Job Description

Food & Beverage Consultant (Hotel Renovation) We are looking for a professional F&B Consultant, who will be responsible for Market Research and F&B Vision Document, Concept Creation & Restaurant & Bar Venue Briefs, Design Reviews & Concept Guardianship. What is in it for you?

What you will be doing:providing F&B Consultancy Services to produce:
  • Market research
  • Research Analysis including the definition of target guest profiles or
personas for the hotels F&B venues
  • Vision for the hotels F&B venues
  • Concept creation and concept briefs for each of the venues within
scope
  • Creation of a detailed Concept or Brand Book for each of the venues
  • operational teams for concept implementation and continue brand
protection
  • Briefing material for the Branding Agency to produce branding,
signage and collaterals
  • Briefing material, reviews, and commentary for the Interior Design
Consultant
  • Briefing material, reviews, and commentary for Food Service Consultant
 Experience and skills include:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Experience
  • Highly Certified F&B consultancy accreditation
  • Must be self-started and motivator
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be team oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have an eye for detail and a passion for guest service
  • Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
