Job Description

Executive HousekeeperWe are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to be responsible for supervising the housekeeping operations and delegating tasks to the housekeeping staff.Being a Pullman employee means embodying and conveying the brand mindset through the values of open mindedness, forward thinking and drive.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Lead a team of multinational housekeepers, laundry attendants and public space attendants to continuously improve cleanliness and productivity
  • Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff
  • Establish and implement operating procedures and standards
  • Plan and schedule proper staffing accordingly for all special events
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget
  • Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crews
  • Prepare reports for management information
Your experience and skills include:
  • 10 years or more of Housekeeping experience
  • Previous manager experience
  • Strong Leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible, organized & reliable
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
