Job Description

We are looking for˙Chefs˙experienced with˙Italian cuisine˙to join usWe now have an exciting opportunity for our˙skilled Chef de Partie˙with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.Manage area of responsibility,

  • ensuring smooth service delivery as well as assisting with other sections as required.
  • Actively train and promote compliance with food safety standards, dietary requirements, hygiene, cleanliness and other compliance requirements of the kitchens area.
  • Support in creation of menu recipes, pictures and training materials to ensure consistency and efficiency to meet the set standards.
  • Participate in regular meetings and briefings as scheduled & Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback.
  • The ability to maintain a full line of communication with supervisors and fellow workers and all restaurant ˙associates.
  • Work closely with the Hygiene Officer in implementing all hygiene and safety procedures.
