Perform periodic inspections, cleanings, and maintenance of kitchen and refrigeration equipment, such as freezers, industrial steam ranges, refrigerators, ice makers, washing machines, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.
Log into the work order management system to search, accept, and complete work orders.
Install new equipment; repair leaks; ensure proper wiring controls; replace outdated or defective equipment.
Cooperate with other maintenance workers, company officials, and employees to provide effective solutions to maintenance problems.
Respond promptly to emergency calls for equipment repairs, as well as after-hours calls.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
