?Prepares draft Master Plan for checking and approval.?Controls the distribution of PMI?s and the preparation & processing of CMI?s.?Schedules Work Orders in coordination with related site team and or Project Manager.?Ensures that the Work Order files are properly set up and maintained.?Ensures that the proper procedures for reporting are implemented.?Ensures that all maintenance activities feed backs are being implemented on site.?Proposes modification on all matters relating to WCC, PMI?s and CMI?s for review by the concerned parties.?Performs other duties assigned to him by his immediate Supervisor.
