Summary:Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor minimum 10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings and towers , Preferably with contracting companies.1- Preparation of detailed quantity take offs , prepares the packages and communicates them to Procurement .2- Oversee accurate and detailed BOQ especially for re-measured contracts .3- Preparation of all payment applications and variations of the main contract and subcontractors / suppliers.4- Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports.5- Studies the subcontractors / suppliers payments and variations status.6- Reviews and release to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with subcontractors / suppliers.7- Provides assistance to operations in the substation and documentation of variation orders and claims.8- Regularly updates the Commercial Manager on the progress of works .
