A well reputable construction and engineering business headquartered in Makkah, KSA is currently searching for a Senior Legal Advisor.We are keen to identify candidates that can manage the following tasks:- Review NDAs, MOUs, MOAs, proposals, T&Cs, lease agreements, share purchase agreements etc- Review of conditions of construction contacts, subcontracts, amendments- Advise other legal matters, risk mitigation and dispute resolution
