Provide direction for the development, consolidation and implementation of the companys frameworks and strategies for corporate planning, performance management, quality, business excellence and risk management in line with the corporate vision and stakeholder expectations.Client DetailsReal Estate Development - JeddahReal Estate Development company based in Jeddah with substantial growth potential, funded by one of the regions largest investment funds in line with the 2030 visionDescriptionDirector of Strategy & EPMO - Real Estate DevelopmentStrategy Formulation, Implementation and PlanningLead, direct and guide the overall strategic planning process in coordination with the CEO and all other Departments.Lead and direct the development, implementation and updating of short, medium, and long-term organization strategies in collaboration with the executive management based on financial and economic market data and trends.Provide advice to the CEO and Executive Management in developing their divisional/departmental strategies, to ensure alignment to the overall corporate strategy.Translate the strategy into operational business plans, practical actions, and objectives for the short, medium, and long term for all functions in collaboration with the Executive Management team and oversee its implementation.Direct the development and consolidation of annual business plan (in cooperation with Finance for the annual budget) including consolidating and reviewing the individual divisional business plans and defining the initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.Corporate Performance ManagementLead and drive the implementation and monitoring of the approved corporate initiatives across departments, guiding the achievement of defined timelines and quality standards.Direct performance assessment against established business plan(s) and KPIs; review and approve the analyses and findings in the performance.Measure performance in relation to targets and initiative milestones and identify any deficiencies, deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement.Develop and present performance reports to the CEO and Executive Management Team.Define/support departments to set plans for performance improvement and support the implementation of the plans.Communicate changes to the annual business plan and any required actions to improve performance.Oversee the development of feasibility studies related to strategic options and decisions to support the development of business cases and providing sufficient information.Ensure the performance measures are in line with international standards and are competitive compared with the market.Quality, Business Excellence and Risk ManagementLead and direct the planning, development, implementation and effective administration of quality management strategic plans, policies, and programs, aligned with corporate guidelines.Provide overall direction for the development and effective implementation of the risk management strategy, plan, and policies, in close coordination with the Board Audit & Risk Committee.Lead and establish a comprehensive and effective risk management framework ensuring all risks are effectively managed within the defined risk appetite and government regulations.Direct the conducting of market research to identify opportunities for innovation to improve organizational performance and achieve continuous business excellence.Provide expertise and counsel support in the development of presentation to the Board of Directors and any key external stakeholders on new ventures/opportunities to enhance market growth in line with the overall business strategy.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresDirect the development and oversee the implementation of divisional policies, systems, processes, procedures, and cont
