Participate in improvement initiatives of the companys system related processes with Business Process Owners and Power Users
Recognize and improve the companys use of the global ERP system, using best practices and standard delivered solutions
Design and agree on functional specifications to meet new business requirements, including defining technical specifications for developers
Advice ERP Global and Regional Governance Teams on decisions, leading to common/compatible solutions
Work with SAP- CoE and other IT resources to advise and ensure the technical solutions will meet functional requirements for the company
Undertake configuration of SAP where necessary for solution delivery
Debug and rectify functionality-related system Faults
Query and analyze data within the existing system to provide essential information for future improvements
Perform unit testing to ensure functional requirements are met
Support business users as necessary during QA acceptance testing
