Job Description

A leading company in the retail and e-commerce sector is announcing its need for a Sales Manager with experience in managing sales for a chain of retail stores.Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and operational plans to achieve defined goals.
  • Analyze the market, evaluate opportunities and challenges, and develop necessary marketing and sales strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the sales team, train them, and motivate them to achieve goals.
  • Evaluate performance, identify key performance indicators, and develop plans to improve performance and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to achieve defined goals.
  • Write sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Maintain a continuous balance between supply and demand.
  • Manage the recruitment process in the sales department.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Supervise the training and development of employees within the department and update them on new sales techniques.
  • Organize workshops and training courses for sales department employees.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with key clients directly.
  • Develop a plan to retain valued customers and supervise its implementation.
  • Monitor new products and explain them to the team, ensuring team familiarity.
  • Develop a plan for displaying products within the branches and monitor it with branch managers.
  • Analyze and monitor product prices and compare them with local market prices.
  • Continuously monitor the local market, study it, and become fully acquainted with new products, customer needs, competition, and trends.
  • Identify annual seasons and participate in their planning and discussion with relevant departments.
