Total salary package: SAR 4,500 gross (includes basic, transport and housing)Location: Makkah, KSARoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven construction supervisor to oversee construction crews at our company. The construction supervisors responsibilities include recruiting, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all staff on safety. You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.To be successful as a construction supervisor, you should demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Top-notch construction supervisors are leaders who can identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.1. Able to read and understand rebar structural drawings in preparing rebar?s quantity.2. Able to take off rebar quantities.3. Lead a group of workers for Rebar and Formwork Erection Works. Supervise Steel Fixers and delegate work schedule/targets for production (including on tools/hands on as required)4. Coordinate with project Engineer. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff. Working closely with architects, engineers and other professionals.5. Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress on sites such as PC installation, Rebar Installation, BBS Schedule. Perform advance planning in rebar schedule per area. Coordinate and track reinforcement for various works packages. Liaise with client Project Engineers regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries6. Handle and determine the quantities, shapes and sizes and location of the rebar from the drawings and sketches7. Control and minimize material wastages8. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines. Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes9. Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.10. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.11. Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.12. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.13. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required. Develop and review documentation necessary to facilitate work carried out14. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client specifications15. Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed16. Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
