Job Description

  • Prepare project budget, develop project schedule, and coordinate project delivery.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Cooperate with different individuals and teams to ensure the smooth progress of a construction task.
  • Study a projects practical alterations and suggest reasonable budget changes.
  • Gauge the potential of contractors and agree to their terms to ensure the swift completion of a construction project.
  • Support construction projects to ensure on time completion.
  • Liaise with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, subcontractors and other external vendors and project managers.
  • Report project status to cross-functional teams and proactively mitigate risk.
