Job Description

Role Purpose: Manage Regional MEM Department Operation for Equipment Service, AC&T, and Installation to Improve Customer Service, Assets & MEM productivity, and Sales Growth.Accountabilities:

  • Ensure MEM Associates Comply with all Safety Standards, Monitor, Report, and solve any Non-Conformance.
  • ?Assign the Job Tasks to MEM Supervisors and Techs and Set the Monthly and Yearly Targets for them to Ensure that Company and Department Objectives are Met.
  • Plan and Schedule Training of MEM team to Develop their Skills and Improve Performance.
  • Support S&M Department to Maximize the Utilization of Asset Base which Reflects on Business Development, Market Share, and Profitability.
  • Implement MEM AC&T Best Practice Processes to Increase Asset Productivity and Minimize Assets Losses.
  • Implement MEM QS&R Best Practice Processes to Maximize Customer Satisfaction, Increase MEM Team Productivity, and Minimize Breakdown Time.
  • Track, Analyze, and Report MEM KPI?s to Management and Set Action Plans to Improve it.
  • Prepare Annual Operation Plan (OPEX & CAPEX), Review Actual Expenses Periodically and Implement Controls.
  • Handle the approval of CMF ?Customer Maintenance Form? requests for his region and submit detailed report on monthly basis.
  • Handle the MEM warehouse Assets inventory for his region, identify discrepancies, report findings, solve discrepancies with MEM and Finance teams.
