We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager who will be based in Makkah, KSA. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to all maintenance requirements including:
Responsible to organize schedule and to carry out preventive maintenance program effectively as per International Hotels Standards and manufacturer guidelines. Organize and supervise maintenance working staff
Making monthly duty roaster, energy conservation control, Fire prevention, Life safety programs and adjust the shift duties as per business demand.
Physically involved in projects but at the same time ensure that routine work is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner
Carry out instructions work orders or assignments given out by the Chief Engineer. Supervise guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments regarding breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment associated with light, plumbing or machinery.
Maintain Annual Maintenance Contracts and Log readings for Utility Consumption reports and keeping up to date record
Must be fully competent in the use of all hand tools and portable test equipment?s.˙And responsible to handle any supplier or contractor related to any new installation or Maintenance of the equipment as per Anjum SOP.
Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests throughout the hotel, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency safety and security procedures.
He will be responsible for controlling the staff and supervisors to monitor all guest room related requests and complaints. Also apply the safety procedure to adhere by self and Engineering Team.
Responsible for operation, maintenance of MV Switch gears MDP and electrical panels.
Boilers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Cold and freezer rooms, Laundry and Kitchen equipment?s and Fire Alarm System, with coordination of respective sections supervisors and section heads
For IT Server Equipment?s support to IT Department as per request
Oversee installation and maintenance of air conditioning units, systems, and chiller operations.
Reviews all outsource contract services for due maintenance and adhere accordingly
Maintains secure storage
Maintains property appearance, equipment and systems,
Include physical plant and fixtures in accordance with corporate mission statement
Ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems and facility Electrical distribution which includes diesel generators, and related integrated equipment?s
MV Switchgears maintenance with Schneider Electric Engineers 4 time in a year
All industrial induction motors maintenance, safety and efficiency test as per Engineering SOP
including star-delta controls + soft starter and VFD?s
Troubleshoot to all type low voltage system/controls and extra low voltage systems. Full knowledge in UPS?s operation and maintenance
Shall have very good maintenance experience in Building Lightning protection system and earthing system of project. Engaging yearly third-party inspection to ensure both system are safe and intact
Experience in BMS [Building Management System] and networking of integrated equipment?s˙˙
