Medina County HomeLPN ? 2nd Shift (Full-Time)The Medina County Board of Commissioners is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift (2 pm-10 pm) LPN for the County Home.Responsibilities:Reports directly to the charge nurse. Direct charge of 1?3 resident care aides during shift. Responsible for following orders regarding medication, recordkeeping, and on-going assessments of the patients. Maintains good communication with all patients and family members.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing holding a valid registration as an LPN in the State of Ohio. Tolerate intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting, and supporting patients.
