As the sole Legal Advisor for KSA, you will be responsible for all legal matters, with assistance from the Regional Legal team. The role will include corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions and support for functions across the business.Client DetailsGlobally recognised FMCG brand with a significant presence in KSA.DescriptionProvide strategic advice to the KSA Country Manager.Handle all corporate governance matters, from company secretarial work through to corporate structure.Manage the firms compliance with food, trade, competition / anti-trust, labour, commercial and data protection law, among others.Support other business functions with decision-making, and provide training and awareness sessions on key laws and / or regulatory changes.Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts.ProfileMust be a Saudi National with at least 4 years PQE.Must have experience in the FMCG and / or Food & Beverages industries, ideally with a leading multinational or holding group.Experience with an international or leading regional law firm is preferable.Job OfferCompetitive, tax-free salary and benefitsOpportunity to work in an influential role and contribute to the growth of the businessSignificant potential for growth
