Forward thinking, social and environmental consciousness are the fundamental principles uniting the YALJ Group.The Group has offices/businesses in other countries including UK, KSA, UAE, and other European countries.?About the roleThe role will require the Leasing / Mall Manager to fulfil the following duties for Maghrebi Mall in Makkah:

  • Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rates
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure a high level of customer service is being delivered
  • Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms
  • Scouting for prospective lessees
  • Directing guided tours of each rental
  • Undertake a condition report in accordance with the lease and prepare a report highlighting all items that require immediate attention that can be issued to the he client and the occupier prior to the lease finishing
  • Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements
  • Making sure that regular PPM?s?are undertaken in accordance with the contract schedules and all actions are dealt with promptly
  • Addressing and recording all rule violations
  • Renewing lease agreements, if desired
  • Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements
  • Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees deposits, ensuring that the units remain compliant, before, during and afterwards
  • Ensuring that rent is collected on time
  • Make sure by regular checks that the leases? have not underlet the units
