Job Description

Salary: SAR 9k gross total packageLocation: Makkah, KSADuration of contract: 2 months for Hajj season onlyTo design, plan, prepare and cook a wide range of Italian main course dishes according to the menu using special blends of herbs and spices and raw fresh ingredients. And to ensure a high standard of excellence is always maintained.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that delicious Italian dishes are prepared according to the menu
  • To recommend new innovative Italian dishes to enhance the menu
  • Ensure that the food is prepared according to the standards of the restaurant
  • To prepare and produce consistent high-quality food, using exclusively fresh ingredients
  • Ensure that productivity targets are met, whilst maintaining food quality always
