Providing round the clock technical support and offer proactive IT support
Installation of the operating systems and configuration the PC on the network
LAN/WAN systems proper functioning, integration, troubleshooting
Installation of troubleshooting hubs, routers and switches
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to deliver fully-functioning equipment.
Helping clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of a specific problem to offer useful solutions.
Responsible or smooth running of All IT systems, windows, software, print, emails, anti-virus and other IT Equipment.
Other duties seems appropriate as per the nature of the job.
