Expertise for the troubleshooting of FCUs, AHUs, HRUs, Split units, domestic freezers & cold-rooms.
Sound knowledge to handle all type of controls related to HVAC & Refrigeration equipments.
Understands AC & DC currents, single phase & three phase circuits and series & parallel circuits.
Ability to use measuring instruments like mustimeters to read voltage, current and resistance values, manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Able to understand the process of treating air so as to simultaneous control its temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution.
Ability to install copper and PVC piping.
Able to do brazing for leak rectification from refrigeration circuit.
Understand refrigeration& heating cycles and single headedly able to rectify the problems.
Carryout PPM of all HVAC equipments and provide forecast of required spare parts in order to maintain sufficient inventory of running items.
Capable to attend guest complains and rectify the faults related to HVAC in coordination with BMS team.
Capable for managing the complete shift aloneespecially in absence of supervisor during night shifts.
Understand and follow-up with maintenance contractors of HVAC equipments and monitor the progress.
Good communication skills with colleagues and superiors.
Daily activities report to be updated in Engineering system in detail
According to the requirements and work priorities candidate should be flexible and cooperative.
Special liability and rules specified in case of fire alarm or evacuation from the hotel.
Be aware of the basic rules of industrial security and occupational safety & health rules, especially when operating machinery and equipment
Sound knowledge of PTW (Permit To Work).
