? Manage routine site inspection, testing, servicing, installation and preventative maintenance of life safety (fire detection (alarm), security, CCTV, & monitoring) product lines.? Troubleshoot system problems and resolve via physical equipment installation or software changes in cooperation with site technicians.? Possess or ability to obtain knowledge of NFPA and local fire codes and standards.? Ability to program systems via laptop and/or other hardware device(s) in minor to complex situations and in small to large sites.? Knowledge of computer networking, IP addressing, and connectivity.? Knowledge of low voltage electrical, including troubleshooting skills and instruments.? Knowledge of security systems and CCTV.? Archive inspection, maintenance and installation related documentation electronically and paper-based.? Maintain customer satisfaction for continual company growth.? Complete assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision.? Support emergency service call-out on a rotational basis.? Perform other duties as assigned.
