Job Description

  • Maintenance and Commissioning experiences of ELV systems installation and DDC operation with networking installation and troubleshooting
  • Installation and configure Cisco routers and switches and full knowledge in operation for related networking and systems
  • Installation and troubleshooting in LAN and WAN systems + Configure and maintenance of LAN and WAN system
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows operation systems + troubleshooting of hardware problems and installation of applications
  • Full knowledge in HVAC control devises to support HVAC team to measures, troubleshoots, findings errors in operational aspects
  • HVAC and BMS related instruments & devices names are as follows ? Thermal imaging device - airflow capture hood or bolometer ? Manometer ? micrometer ? Digital sensors ? probes ? actuator ? pressure diff. switches ? ULS - Ultra sonic levels ? PIR Sensors - MFD -
  • Person need high skill in automation, troubleshooting and designing of Electronics panel and its integration with BMS.
  • Strongability and understanding of troubleshooting& skills for VFD, VSD, Soft Starters and Star Delta operation of both open & close transition.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in DDC - Direct Digital Controls system + networking with troubleshooting and new installation + Maintenance
  • Installation of all types of Biometric system for Access door ? Fire Alarm? CCTV ? NVR?s and updating of related software and entire system
  • Building Automation System (PLC/SCADA) , ELV, Security System, Intercom, Access control system , PA System, A/V System) MATV systems
  • Trouble shoot and rectifies Electronics Distribution network if errors or faults appearsable to lead with his team & associates.
  • Maintains the area and equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness.
  • Full knowledge in all type of induction motors / Servo motors ? Servo motor drivers ? Soft starter and start delta controls
  • Need good experience in all capacity of UPS up to 100kva in operation and maintenance + downstream networking centrally distribution
  • Should have good knowledge in operation & maintenance of Emergency Generators up to 1MW as its integrated with BMS
  • To trouble-shoot, repair, operate and maintainautomatic sliding doors to all type brands as its integrated with BMS
  • Knowledge and experience in laying down ? installation of Data ? Telephone and TV network as needed new outlets and new facility
  • Fully capable to read understand related drawings and diagrams and follow up with superiors and Company project department
  • Follow up all related AMC?s coordinates with equipment sole distributer to obtains best services behalf on hotel and maintain records
  • Able to write technical reports and fully capable to communicates with project department team and maintenance contractors
  • Manage low current department as per company policies and SOP?s
  • Responsible to do any especial assignments assigned by superior depute as multitasking
