The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a hotels operations, from guest services to financial performance, while ensuring the highest standards of excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of service excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and service-driven work culture.- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, addressing guest concerns, and anticipating customer needs.- Financial Management: Manage hotel P&L, budget forecasts, and financial planning to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
