The Application Development Manager will lead an established Development team, and be responsible for delivering business critical projects.Client DetailsOur client is a reputable multinational within the Insurance industry.DescriptionThe Application Development Manager will be responsible for:Implementing application change requestsBusiness application configurationReviewing/approving solution designManaging/delivering projects related to CRM and core insurance systemSelection of appropriate development toolsIntegration through middleware platformApplication Support Management (L3 support, application training, etc.)Leadership and management of the Development team (coaching, mentoring, performance management, training, etc.)Stakeholder managementProfileThe Application Development Manager will be/have:A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field of study8+ of experience in Application Development, of which at least 3 years have been in a managerial roleProficiency in .NET framework - AJAX, JQuery, Node.js, .Net Core, MVC, Angular.js, Web API, Design Patterns, etc.Experience in SQLExperience in microservices architecture using Docker and KubernetesTech-savvy; passionate about applications and business solutionsExcellent communications skillsBe based in/willing to relocate to JeddahJob OfferThe salary for the Application Development Manager will be between SAR 30,000-35,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits.
