Meet with suppliers on a regular basis, negotiate pricing and make deals.
Negotiate to hold list of pricing for regional suppliers as long as possible in order to benefit in market place.
Keep track of competitor pricing in the trade and ensure that company is benefiting from best pricing in the region.
