Planning delivery timetables, managing delivery will require you to contact the suppliers to set dates for the delivery.
Track shipments arrivals, check the packages and list the missing items.
Repot to the line manager on daily basis with all the work done on that day, such as delivery, distributing, issues faced and productive work.
Monitoring inventory on a regular bases in order to avoid out of stock.
Observe the buying and delivery process of goods and products, by giving worker rules and instructions to follow on the delivery day.
Work on increasing efficiency and reducing waste, through training the workers and keeping them on track.
Be aware of the health and safety regulations of the staff and make sure always to implement it.
Inform the suppliers in advance with the needed goods and ensuring that they have all stock needed before delivery date.
