Estimate cost and prepare budgets for the cycle of food production.
Follow the food preparation guideline, by ensuring all the safety and hygienic roles are followed by the workers.
Mentor products inventory to the level were all products stay fresh and ready to start the cycle when needed.
Receive daily reports from the production engineers, to ensure daily tasks and assignments are accomplished correctly and in a timely manner.
Obtain health and safety of workers and food hygiene, by maintaining Food Service Production Department area in a clean and organized manner.
Maintain and enhance the running of the production line to achieve productivity standards, sales goals, and general expense budgets.
Work on improving productivity and reducing the wastage.
