Develop and implement sales-marketing strategies
Set targets in line with sales-marketing strategies, creating an annual sales and marketing plan and the budget
Analyze customer needs, competition elements and service requirements
Carry out sales & marketing activities of translation & localization services in line with the company?s strategic objectives
Monitor sales-marketing targets and prepare monthly and periodical reports
Generate new leads from the existing and new customers
Prepare quotations for new customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects
Evaluate, analyse and process RFPs as necessary
Manage and finalize pricing and contractual issues
Effectively communicate tests and project specifications to the PMs.
Provide customer support; manage client requirements in conjunction with the Project Managers.
