We are looking for Head of Medical Affairs with 4 to 6 years of experience.

To provide supplemental guidelines that would strengthen and reinforce FDAs?requirement?for?a?Medical?Director.
To?provide?guidance?to?drug?establishments?in?selecting?Medical?Directors;
???To ensure that Medical Directors?play an active role in complying with?FDA?rules and?regulations, particularly, in?advocating and implementing?the strictest?ethical standards and the highest?scientific standards to protect the patients and?the?consumer.
???To ensure that establishments submit product dossiers and other documents,?package labels and inserts, protocols,?clinical trial results, and promotional?materials, among others, are based on relevant, up to date and strong scientific or?clinical?data;?
??????To require drug establishments to have Medical Directors in their companies?as part of the requirements for licensing?establishments and registration of?products.
