Based in Italy, our company manufacturers cameras for traffic enforcement, mainly license plate recognition cameras as well as digital speed and red-light cameras, used worldwide for traffic management, surveillance and enforcement applications.We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager to drive sales of our innovative products in EMEA.We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative / Account Executive.Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of three years of experience selling traffic enforcement products that can demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales.This individual will be expected to demonstrate exceptional selling skills and to achieve quarterly growth objectives.Primary Responsibilities

• Working with the Director of Sales, to develop and implement the sales plan
• Sets sales goals and monitors sales performance
• Understands customer needs and how our services can provide a solution
• Works closely with the Director of Marketing to help implement and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of website leads and campaigns and strategic e-mail campaigns.

• Call potential and current clients to create relationships, understand needs, and address concerns Identify blind spots in sales rep knowledge
• Manage Zoho CRM, lead distribution and Follow-up processes
• Track, calculate and submit commissions quarterly

• Full time
• Work from home. Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Availability to travel to take part in exhibitions worldwide (3-4 times per year)
• Travel to Italy for receiving training on new products (1-2 times a year)
