Job Description

? Contribute in building IT strategy as per business roadmap, recommending & implementing information technology strategies, policies, & procedures, developing disaster recovery & back-up procedures, establishing stakeholder relations, effectuating new technology solutions & digitization initiatives, formulating budgets ? Expertise in implementing ERP, Project Management, Business Continuity, and Microsoft EA? Interface with CIO/CTO & business leaders for evolving strategic vision, portfolio review and successful completion of projects; effective in developing, transitioning and customizing processes in line with specified guidelines? Excellent track record of delivery IT transformation initiatives for minimizing process gaps and enhancing productivity and effectiveness in service delivery. Strong management skills, capable of leading & influencing teams with no direct reporting including contractual & vendor staff? Formulating strategy, direction, and governance processes across Bahrain and GCC region; implementing those processes and simultaneously built the organization with the alignment of business strategies, goals, and objectives? Drive IT Strategy, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experience; advising and directing all business functions in collaboration with Business and GM. ? Framing IT roadmap to optimize resources within the organization through technology optimization and business model? Leading a complete portfolio of projects including budgeting, planning, vendor selection and execution of programs? Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines; performing onsite and offsite tasks within a project, including the design, specification & integration of software products? Conceptualizing and implementing an innovative technology strategy supporting business development needs and market growth at a domestic and international level? Defining service standards and guidelines as per global best practices, governance structures, best practices for software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and documentation that serve as benchmarks for excellent service delivery? Preparing proposals, business presentations to clients and managing resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management & mentoring? Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations? Developing competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels, conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources and developing employee competency? Recommending and enforcing IT procedures and standards for adherence of project output to audit and compliance
