Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or relevant field of studies, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Director or above in Hotel Management or related areas at a property the same-size or larger.Special QualificationsMust possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.A minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience.Ability to understand the in-depth intricacies of the sales, engineering, housekeeping, laundry, and front office divisions required.Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory authorities, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, and public groups.
